Gang terms

Joining

The Booty Beats Gang is run by Afro Bros BV. Fans must be 18 or older. Influencers must be 16 or older, and under 18 you need the consent of a parent or guardian. You confirm your sign-up with the link in the email we send you. We look at every sign-up ourselves and decide who gets in.

Fans

The Gang is for our die-hard fans. Members get free tracks, free entry to Afro Bros shows as far as there is room on the list, merch for their support and personal contact with us. What we offer can differ per show and can change.

Influencers

Influencers qualify first: we look at your profiles and decide if you can use our sounds and earn money with your posts. You can sign up from anywhere in the world. Signing up or qualifying does not give you a right to payment. If you qualify, we agree the details with you in writing before you start, including how you get paid, and with your parent or guardian if you are under 18. Every paid post must be clearly marked as an ad. We never ask for bank or tax details in the sign-up form.

Your details

Fill in your own, correct details. We use them to run the Gang, as explained in our privacy statement.

Leaving

You can leave at any time by emailing bookings@afro-bros.com. We can also end your membership, for example if you do not keep to these terms.

Changes

We can change these terms. The latest version is always on this page. Dutch law applies.
